Organ Design
The visual design of a Ruffatti organ creates a sense that the instrument belongs to the building.
Each project is customized. It can be more or less elaborate, but it will always be of innovative design. A sober design may be a better fit in a contemporary style church, while a more elaborate design, enriched with hand carved details, may fit better in a complex historical building.
Through continuous design research, we create unique, harmonic, elegant instruments.
Computer Design and 3D Renderings:
We use CAD software in every stage of the design process: concept, presentation drawings and 3D renderings, construction drawings, and production details.
Cooperation with clients and their consultants, and sharing of information with their architects and engineers is paramount.
The whole manufacturing process is orchestrated prior to construction, from the general layout to the smallest detail, with the precision that only CAD software can deliver. Nothing is left to chance, so there are no unexpected problems.
We produce 3D renderings of the organ, both to help the designer to verify the visual impact of the organ in the building, and to allow the client to visualize the final result.
Factory pre-assembly
Every Ruffatti organ, regardless of size, is assembled in our factory prior to packing and shipping to its final destination, to ensure that all parts fit and work correctly. Any problems that may arise are solved in the factory, where design and manufacturing support is available, thereby reducing on-site installation time and guaranteeing precision.
Considering the complexity of a pipe organ, this is a very important part of the construction process.
The manufacturers we represent build not only the finest products available, they are also safe for you and the environment. Our manufacturers conform to the many safety, sustainability and environmental standards that our customers expect and deserve.
