The Rodgers 940 purchased from Central Music decades ago had served Saint John the Evangelist well. However, an opportunity for an upgrade was presented when the church decided to undergo a major renovation in conjunction with necessary repairs from hurricane damage.
The choice was a custom finished Platinum Edition Rodgers Infinity 361. Director of Music Gary Prettyman reports, “Please know that Rodgers has created a fine looking and sounding organ, especially for worship, elevating the beauty of the entire Liturgy and leading the congregation in song. I have received
only positive comments from our parishioners.”
The renovated space is glorious and we’re happy to say that the organ fits right in!
